When do you ship your orders?

Usually on the weekend. You will be emailed once your order is shipped!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment

At this moment, I can't ship internationally, but I'm working on getting that sorted out ASAP!

When will I receive my preorder?

After closing preorders, the manufacturer usually takes 2-3 weeks for the order to arrive at my office. I usually ship the preorders the day after I receive them. From there, it could take around another week for your order to arrive at your home!

Will I be charged Sales Tax or VAT?

If you are located within the US, you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which state you live in.

If you are located within the European Union, you may have to pay VAT at the time of importation, as determined by your local customs authority. By placing an order on this store, you agree that you are responsible for these charges.
